Job summary

Westmont Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Office Agent to greet and register guests, handle payments, and ensure an exceptional stay. The role requires excellent communication in English, basic math for transactions, and the ability to work in a fast-paced front desk environment.

This full-time position in Seattle, WA involves standing most of the shift, handling reservations, and assisting guests with inquiries and requests.

Qualifications

• Any combination of education and experience equivalent and graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Hospitality experience is not required but helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them at check-in.
• Input guest information and assign rooms with appropriate rate and preferences.
• Verify credit cards and handle cash, vouchers or other payments.
• Answer phones in clear English and relay messages to guests.
• Close guest accounts at checkout and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Field guest complaints and resolve issues per guidelines, including changes or charges.
