Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative for the Graduate by Hilton Columbus team. The role focuses on greeting guests, ensuring a personal and welcoming experience, and supporting front desk operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• High School education or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive, focusing on personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing and assembling welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone promptly with a smile and direct inquiries as needed.
• Count and manage cash bank, perform cash drops, and report discrepancies to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PPI data according to procedures.
• Follow check-in and check-out checklists and collect identification and payment.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries promptly.
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
