• Previous customer service experience in a guest-facing, fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, type and use basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a friendly, efficient, error-free check-in and check-out experience.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Answer questions about local area and facilities and provide directions and resources.
• Demonstrate proper phone etiquette including taking messages and making reservations.
• Follow cash handling procedures and post/reconcile charges on guest receipts.
• Support hotel goals through teamwork and collaboration.
