Job summary

Hyatt House San Ramon is seeking an enthusiastic front desk agent to join our hotel team. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and assist with bookings and inquiries in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Checking in and checking out of all hotel guests in a timely, welcoming fashion.

• Connecting with other departments in the hotel to ensure accommodations run smoothly.
• Cash handling, answering telephones, providing local information to guests in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
