Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong desire to make an impact on other people.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and create a memorable first impression.
• Check guests in/out, ensure accurate information and credit handling.
• Resolve issues and WOW guests through recovery when needed.
• Promote and sell hotel programs.
• Interact with other departments professionally.
• Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain house bank.
• Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty.
• Follow procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
• Assist other departments as needed.
