Job summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent / Guest Services Agent to deliver exceptional first and last impressions for guests during check-in, stay, and check-out. You will interact with guests, solve problems, and maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will handle reservations, payments, and guest inquiries, promote loyalty programs, and collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn PMS.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude during check-in and check-out.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and availability.
• Promote and enroll guests into loyalty programs.
• Handle payments, post charges, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Answer questions about services, local attractions, dining, and transportation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Maintain front desk records, shift reports, and guest information.
• Follow safety policies and complete assigned tasks from leadership.
