Job summary

Meyer Jabara Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide warm, professional service at the front desk and ensure smooth guest check-in/out procedures. You will work with the Front Office team to deliver a memorable guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling calls, processing reservations with MARSHA, and maintaining accurate records while upholding hotel standards of hospitality and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Hotel front desk or guest services experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with PMS systems such as MARSHA.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.
• Excellent communication and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns following hotel policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and back office areas, and process reservations in MARSHA.
