Job summary

SEV Laser Virginia Beach is seeking a friendly, sales-minded Front Desk Sales Associate to greet clients, explain treatments, memberships, and retail options, and drive the client experience from check-in to departure.

You will manage appointments, process payments, and support the clinic with product knowledge, promotions, and team collaboration while meeting individual and clinic sales goals.

• Comfort using computers, booking platforms, and client-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote SEV services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and confidently recommend appropriate services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on available treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Work toward individual sales goals while supporting the clinic’s overall performance.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized and knowledgeable service.
• Warmly welcome clients and provide a polished experience from arrival through departure.
• Manage client check-in, check-out, and payment processing accurately.
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments with attention to detail.
• Answer calls, emails, and voicemail messages promptly and professionally.
• Address client questions and concerns with care, urgency, and professionalism.
• Use SEV’s booking and client-management systems accurately and efficiently.
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities according to established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-desk environment.
• Assist with transitional treatment-room cleaning when needed.
• Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Participate in required service, systems, and sales training.
• Support new team members by modeling SEV’s service and selling standards.
• Assist with other clinic responsibilities as directed by operational or clinical leadership.
