Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member to provide warm, efficient guest service in our store. You will greet guests, help them locate products, and process transactions while adapting to varying shift availability and store needs.

The role emphasizes a friendly, proactive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided to ensure guest satisfaction and store performance.

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.

• Assist guests in finding products and complete transactions efficiently.
• Support peers and adapt to changing store needs with a positive attitude.
• Deliver accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with safety standards.
