Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member to provide exceptional guest service in store environments. You will create a welcoming experience, assist guests with finding items, and handle transactions while maintaining store standards and policies.

Flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, are typical. You will be scheduled as needed and must respond to store needs to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Willingness to work varying hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by welcoming and assisting guests.
• Greet guests and offer help to locate products or resolve issues.
• Assist guests with returns and smooth checkout while following policies.
• Operate scanners and handle merchandise quickly and accurately.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Engage with guests about Target Loyalty and other services.
