Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to provide exceptional guest service and support across store operations. You will create a welcoming guest experience, assist customers with questions, and execute tasks to help guests find products and complete purchases.

This role offers a flexible shift schedule and requires reliability, prompt attendance, and active engagement with shifts posted by leaders and teammates via the myTime app. Training will be provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• The role requires strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, flexible scheduling environment.
• Willingness to work varying hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
