Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to provide friendly, efficient guest service in a fast-paced store environment. You will pick up shifts via the myTime app, greet customers, assist with product selection, and help resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Successful candidates are flexible, reliable, and able to communicate clearly while supporting team members and participating in training to perform duties effectively.

Qualifications

• Enjoy interacting and helping others in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.
• Flexible to work varying hours, including nights and weekends.
• Comfort with multitasking and problem solving on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting customers.
• Help guests find products and resolve issues to ensure smooth shopping.
• Scan and bag items quickly while following safety and store policies.
• Participate in store tasks and support team members as needed.
• Engage with guests about loyalty programs and app features.
