Job summary

Target is hiring for an On-Demand Team Member to deliver an engaging guest experience and support store operations in a flexible, schedule-driven role. You will pick up shifts via the myTime app, maintain a welcoming presence, and help guests with inquiries across checkout, drive-up, and services while upholding Target’s service standards.

The position requires reliability, good communication, and the ability to adapt to varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
