Job summary

Target is hiring for an On-Demand Guest Advocate. You’ll create a friendly guest experience, assist with purchases, returns, and loyalty enrollment, and help guests navigate the Target App and services.

This role emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and strong communication while working with store teams to meet guest needs. As a Guest Advocate, you’ll participate in a welcoming service culture, stock and scan items as needed, and adapt to varying shift schedules including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts.
• Willingness to learn Target systems and processes.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and assist with purchases and returns.
• Comfort with lifting and stocking merchandise as needed.
• Reliability and ability to respond to schedule needs.
