Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to welcome guests, assist shoppers, and support daily store operations. You can create your own schedule by picking shifts via the myTime app, with orientation and training provided to get you prepared for the role.

This position emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and friendly service as you help guests with checkout, questions, and store services while following Target policies.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience with a friendly demeanor and proactive service.
• Greet guests at the 10ft/4ft zones and initiate helpful interactions.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you and positive attitude.
• Support peers and adapt to store needs while maintaining standards.
