Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to provide exceptional guest service and support across store operations. You will help guests find products, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience. The role emphasizes friendly interactions and responsiveness to store needs.

The position offers flexibility in scheduling, including nights and weekends, with training provided to develop product knowledge and guest service skills. This is a full-time in-store role at our Temple, TX location.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting customers.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure smooth shopping.
• Scan and bag items accurately; operate handheld scanners and POS as needed.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and assist with sign-ups.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and respond to store needs.
