Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate to join our team. You will welcome guests, guide them to the products they need, and resolve questions at the point of service.

The role emphasizes quick, friendly service and active engagement with store operations including returns and orders. Flexibility is required as shifts vary, including nights and weekends, with a focus on accurate transactions and helping create a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming experience.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Assist with returns and Drive Up/Order Pick Up per policy.
• Scan and bag items efficiently.
• Support team efforts and de-escalate situations when needed.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up and usage.
• Keep work area clean and stocked and assist with restocking as needed.
