Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to support guest services with flexible scheduling. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional guest experiences at checklanes, drive-up, and pick-up services across the store.

Training will prepare you to engage customers, upsell loyalty programs, and manage routine store tasks. As an On-Demand TM, you can choose shifts via the myTime app and must stay engaged with a minimum 4 hours every 4 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks and inquiries.
• Engage with guests to resolve problems and answer product questions.
• Be knowledgeable about store offerings, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Scan, bag, and help with checkout processes efficiently and accurately.
• Assist with drive-up, order pickup, and registry services as needed.
• Support leaders in de-escalation and guest recovery when necessary.
