As an On-Demand TM, you can pick shifts via the myTime app, with required attendance and short-term training. The position offers variable hours and exposure to fast-paced retail tasks.

Qualifications

• No degree required; customer service oriented and flexible in schedule.
• Ability to interact with guests and resolve concerns.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly guest service and greet guests promptly.
• Assist guests, solve needs, and explain products and services.
• Demonstrate knowledge of tools, products, and store services.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently.
• Support with order pick up, drive up, and registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and restock as needed.
