Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate in the United States. You will welcome guests, assist with finding products, answer questions, process transactions and help manage returns in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll be part of a team focused on delivering exceptional guest service, driving loyalty enrollment and ensuring store cleanliness. Training is provided to help you grow while supporting shifts including nights and weekends.

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and helpful interaction
• Help guests find items or resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude
• Adapt to business needs and guest expectations to deliver an easy and inspiring experience
• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering Target's service standards
• Explain and promote Target benefits, loyalty programs and app features to guests
