Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to enhance guest experiences in our Kapolei store. You will greet guests, provide product assistance, and help resolve issues while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

This role supports flexible shift availability and requires reliable attendance and participation in onboarding. You will use Target’s tools and apps to enroll guests in loyalty programs, direct them to services, and ensure accurate checkout experiences.
