• Help guests locate products and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support peers and maintain a positive, respectful attitude.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with safety policies.
• Assist with order pickup, drive-up, and registry guests as needed.
• Adopt Target’s service standards and promote loyalty programs.
