Job summary

Target is seeking an On‑Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) in Austin, TX. You will build a friendly guest experience, greet customers, guide them to products, and help with store services. This flexible role lets you create your own schedule via the myTime app, with expectations of reliable attendance and a minimum shift commitment.

You will learn service standards, support Order Pick Up and Drive Up, and promote loyalty programs while ensuring accurate checkout and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests and provide excellent service.
• Open to flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to pick up and work shifts using the myTime app.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming guest experience by greeting customers and helping them find what they need.
• End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you and resolve issues when possible.
• Support peers and de‑escalate situations while adhering to Target policies.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, maintaining safety and accuracy.
• Inform guests about loyalty programs, Wallet, and other Target services.
