Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and helping them find what they need
• Assist with returns or exchanges and follow store policies
• Support peers and maintain a positive, respectful attitude
• Promote Target apps, loyalty programs, and current promos
• Scan and bag items efficiently and safely
• Keep a clean, organized workspace and assist with Drive Up and Order Pick Up
• Maintain safety, compliance, and knowledge of safety policies
• Handle transactions accurately and assist with basic cash operations
