Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, answer questions and help with purchases in a fast-paced store environment. You will assist with returns, guide guests through digital features, and support drive-up and order pickup while maintaining a safe, friendly shopping experience.

Ideal candidates enjoy helping others, stay flexible for varying shifts, and communicate clearly with guests and team members to ensure satisfaction and loyalty program enrollment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest service and solving basic questions.
• Ability to stay positive and helpful in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, including listening and explaining features clearly.
• Comfort with using handheld scanners and basic store tech.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests and engage to understand needs and resolve issues.
• Help guests find items, process returns or exchanges per policy.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and restock as needed.
• Promote store promotions, loyalty programs, and using the Target App features.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
• Assist with order pick up, Drive Up, and online order guidance.
