Qualifications

• Must be able to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Flexible to work varying hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Basic numeracy and ability to use store devices and apps.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with their needs in a welcoming manner.
• Provide fast, accurate checkout and help with returns and transfers.
• Explain Target loyalty programs and digital tools to guests.
• Operate handheld scanners and store devices to aid guest experience.
• Keep the work area neat, stocked and safe throughout the shift.
