Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to deliver friendly, efficient service and create an inviting shopping experience in-store. You will greet guests, assist with finding products, and handle transactions while promoting Target services and loyalty programs.

Ideal candidates are flexible, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and ready to assist guests with a positive attitude. Training is provided and availability for nights, weekends, and peak times is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Scan, bag, and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote Target benefits, apps, and services (Drive Up, Order Pickup, loyalty).
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and support teammates as needed.
