Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests enjoy a welcoming shopping experience, assist with purchases, returns and digital services, and promote the Target Loyalty program. You’ll be part of a fast-paced store team, contributing to a friendly, efficient, and safe environment for guests.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided to build product knowledge and in-store digital capabilities.

Qualifications

• Communicating effectively with guests using positive language.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Attention to detail while prioritizing tasks.
• Ability to educate guests and demonstrate products and services.
• Comfort with using handheld scanners and POS devices.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting guests and helping them find what they need.
• Assist guests with returns, exchanges and using Target features like Order Pick Up and Drive Up.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and support guest services during peak times.
• Explain and promote Target Loyalty programs and applications to guests.
• Support team members and adapt to varying guest needs and business priorities.
