Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, assist with their needs, and promote loyalty programs. You’ll work in a fast-paced store environment, delivering friendly, efficient service while maintaining store standards and helping guests navigate in-store and digital options.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, processing transactions with care, and collaborating with teammates to ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Support team and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Explain and promote Target loyalty programs and app features.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with Order Pick-Up and Drive-Up and guide guests on enrollment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and handle merchandise safely.
