Job summary

Target in Richmond, VA is hiring a Guest Advocate to greet guests, assist with finding items, and resolve issues, keeping the store welcoming and efficient. You will learn our service standards and promote Target promotions and loyalty, while operating checkout and Drive Up to deliver a friendly guest experience daily.

Responsibilities include providing help, resolving concerns, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, physical work environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with Target App and promotions a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests and assist with finding products and resolving issues.
• End transactions with a sincere thank you.
• Assist peers and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Promote and explain benefits, services, and app features.
