Job summary

Target is looking for an On-Demand Guest Advocate in Houston. You will engage with guests, assist with product and service knowledge, and help create a welcoming store experience. This role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to impact guest satisfaction across the Total Store.

You will be trained to handle checkout tasks, support loyalty sign-ups, and assist with Order Pick Up/Drive Up while maintaining store standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their needs.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to assist guests.
• Thank guests and invite them to join loyalty programs.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality.
• Support guest services such as Order Pick Up and Drive Up.
