Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member in Houston. You can create your own schedule by picking shifts posted by leaders or team members through the myTime app. This role emphasizes reliable attendance and flexibility, with a minimum engagement of four hours every four weeks.

The position involves engaging with guests at checklanes, drive-up, and order pickup, delivering friendly, efficient service while promoting Target benefits. Training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming environment.
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and provide product knowledge.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products and services to resolve issues and improve experience.
• Promote and explain Target benefits and loyalty programs to guests.
• Assist guests with Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry services.
