Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate in Santa Rosa, CA. You will greet guests, help them find what they need, and ensure a friendly, efficient shopping experience. You’ll process transactions, promote loyalty benefits, and assist with returns and store services.

You'll work with a team to maintain a clean, safe environment and adapt to guest needs. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find products and resolve issues to ensure smooth shopping.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team, maintain a clean, safe work area, and assist across store areas.
• Promote benefits and loyalty programs and help guests enroll.
