Job summary

Target is looking for a Guest Advocate in California to help guests have an easy, enjoyable shopping experience. You will greet guests, answer questions, and direct them to products or services with a friendly, proactive approach.

You will promote Target loyalty programs, assist with returns, pickups, and Drive Up orders while maintaining safety and store standards. Training is provided, and a flexible schedule is common.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest-facing communication and a welcoming attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced store environment.
• Willingness to learn about products, services and promotions.

Responsibilities
