Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate in California to welcome guests, assist with purchases, and resolve concerns. You will help guests with in-store and digital services, promote loyalty programs, and ensure a friendly, efficient checkout experience.

Ideal candidates enjoy helping others, adapt to busy environments, and can work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Training is provided to build guest service skills and knowledge of Target offerings.

• Promote and educate guests about loyalty programs and app features.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Resolve guest concerns and process returns/exchanges following store policies.
• Promote Target benefits, offers, and services to every guest.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while maintaining accuracy and food safety standards.
• Support drive-up, order pick-up, and online ordering processes as needed.
