Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience in-store. You will greet guests, help them find products, explain benefits, and assist with loyalty enrollment while delivering fast, accurate checkout support.

You should be comfortable working a flexible schedule, using handheld scanners, and partnering with team members to ensure smooth store operations and top-quality guest service.

Responsibilities
