Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience in-store. You will greet guests, help them find items, and address questions while promoting Target services and loyalty programs.

You’ll scan and bag purchases, resolve issues, and contribute to a clean, safe shopping environment. We value strong communication, teamwork, and flexibility, including the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
