Job summary

Smoky Mountain Resorts offers an internship focused on hospitality and guest experiences. You will help run activities, host dance parties, storytelling, crafts, and games for guests, while learning how to create fun, safe, and memorable experiences across ages.

Responsibilities

• Assist Activities Manager with scheduling festive activities.
• Host daily dance parties, story time, bingo and trivia from a stage.
• Instruct guests on arts and crafts activities.
• Create fun experiences through interactions with guests of all ages.
• Organize game times for guest participants.
• Occasional mascot work for Country Cascades Waterpark Resort (≤30 minutes per shift).
• Maintain a safe, interactive environment for all guests.
