Job summary

At The Sicilian Butcher, hospitality is a craft rooted in tradition, pride, and connection. We are seeking experienced, service-driven Servers who are passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences and delivering thoughtful, attentive service.

As a Server, you will work closely with both front- and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service, accuracy, and consistency throughout every shift, from seating guests to final farewell.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior restaurant service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
• Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, our menu and beverage offerings.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with professionalism and warmth
• Accurately take and input food and beverage orders
• Present menu items clearly, make informed recommendations, and highlight specials
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely and polished manner
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests or concerns with care and urgency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas
• Bus, sanitize, and reset tables according to standards
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to support smooth service execution
• Accurately process cash and credit card transactions
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
