• Must have experience, a positive attitude, be punctual and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage reservations and waiting lists.
• Seat guests and provide menus; answer phone inquiries about restaurant and menu.
• Ensure guests are happy with food and service; resolve complaints.
• Maintain seating rotation so servers receive appropriate tables.
• Provide great customer service.
