• Monitor and manage guest checks and pricing accuracy.
• Process payments accurately; handle cash and card transactions.
• Maintain a well-organized and stocked bar; ensure cleanliness and freshness.
• Perform routine maintenance of glassware and bar equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert management of shortages.
• Collaborate with bar, kitchen, and servers for smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively to coordinate orders and teamwork.
