Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years bartending or related work.
• Ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks.
• Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
• Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends & holidays.
• TIPS & ServSafe certified.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve wines, spirits, and mixed drinks according to recipes and Four Seasons standards.
• Confirm guest orders using the POS system and verify with guest orders.
• Serve at the bar and pool area with descriptions of origin, taste, and preparation methods.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Close guest checks and process payments accurately.
• Assist with bar inventory and garnishments.
