You must know standard drink recipes, have at least 1 year of bartending and 1 year of customer service experience, and adhere to liquor regulations and safety standards. Responsibilities include upselling items, handling payments, keeping the bar clean, and coordinating with the kitchen for guest needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Knowledge of standard drink recipes.
• 1 year of restaurant bartending experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests, determining beverage preference and taking orders.
• Provide genuine hospitality and upsell drinks and menu items.
• Comply with state and federal liquor regulations.
• Adhere to food safety and quality regulations.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and relay VIP information.
• Handle cash and card transactions.
• Maintain a clean bar and service area.
• Record drink orders into POS system.
• Prepare garnishes, glassware, and bar prep as directed.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Arrange displays and communicate guest needs to kitchen/bar.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks and maintain productivity.
• Other duties as assigned.
