Job summary

The Wiseguy Lounge, located in Louisville, KY, is seeking an experienced bartender to craft high-quality cocktails and guide guests through bourbon selections. You will maintain a clean, organized bar and deliver exceptional service, greeting and engaging guests while ensuring responsible alcohol service.

Applicants should have at least one year of experience, superb cocktail skills, and be prepared to obtain TIPS or SERVSafe certification within 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior craft cocktail-making skills.
• Extensive knowledge of bourbon and ability to educate customers about different selections.
• Advanced bartending skills and abilities.
• Minimum of one year related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide the best and highest quality craft cocktails and drinks to guests.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of bourbon and assist customers in making selections.
• Deliver the highest level of customer service to every guest, including greeting/thanking guests.
• Continuously train, learn, and gather knowledge about the alcohol industry.
• Maintains the bar: keeps the bar clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Submits orders or creates requisition forms for liquor, beer, and other bar-related supplies.
