Job summary

Atlys is hiring a Guest Delight Associate to assist travellers with queries across calls, chat and email, delivering fast, empathetic and accurate support. You will own issues from start to finish, build product knowledge, and maintain clear customer records to keep cases moving.

You’ll work in a high-energy, customer-facing environment, with rotation shifts, and a focus on improving processes and response times while ensuring travellers have a positive experience with every interaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support or high-touch roles.
• Clear and confident communication in English and Hindi, both verbally and in writing.
• Calm, empathetic and solution-oriented when handling customer problems.
• Strong ownership and attention to detail; follow-through until issues are resolved.
• Experience with CRM and support tools; willing to rotate shifts and 6-day schedule.

Responsibilities

• Resolve queries via calls, chat and email with empathy and urgency.
• Own issues from diagnosis to closure; coordinate with internal teams.
• Build knowledge of Atlys products and visa processes to advise travellers accurately and confidently.
• Maintain high-quality customer records and keep cases organized in support tools.
• Identify recurring issues to improve processes and response times.
