General Summary & Scope

The Guest Coordinator engages with guests and promotes Ulta Beauty services through in-person and phone interactions. They represent the brand, support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager, and focus on performance, people, and process. A passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate salon services and products are essential.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Performance
  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding sales, guest loyalty, and operational goals.
  • Provide exceptional guest service and handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
  • Support salon services by managing bookings, guest records, and traffic flow; promote current promotions and invite guests to try services.
  • Build the services business through knowledgeable recommendations and supporting service providers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and products to better serve guests.
People
  • Support an inclusive environment and foster team collaboration.
  • Develop guest relationships and provide retail and service recommendations.
  • Coordinate with team members to grow the business and enhance guest experience.
  • Promote loyalty programs and participate in ongoing training.
Process
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Support store cleanliness and operational standards.
  • Utilize scheduling tools and communicate supply needs.
  • Protect assets and execute operational tasks as directed.
Job Qualifications

Education: High school diploma preferred.

Experience: 1 year relevant work experience or equivalent.

Skills: Proficiency with technology, sales, communication, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills.

Special Position Requirements

Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions
