Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is seeking a front desk receptionist for HealthFit_CKA to ensure guests and members are welcomed warmly and that access is properly managed. The role includes greeting visitors, answering questions, processing memberships, and guiding tours.

You will also assist with scheduling, retail transactions at the beverage cooler, and basic inquiries about the center, while keeping the facility clean and stocked, including towels and coffee station areas.

Qualifications

• CPR and AED certification within 90 days of hire is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide a warm welcome to users and guests at every visit or call.
• Control access to the facility ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and answer questions about the center.
• Process memberships and sell beverage and retail products at the beverage cooler.
• Tour potential members and assist with messages and inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock towels, coffee station, and related areas.
