Job summary

The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) welcomes a Porter to greet guests, assist them to rooms and support smooth lodging operations at BGTC in Asheville. You will help with luggage, guest questions, and room readiness, ensuring a hospitable, clean environment and timely service in a faith-based hospitality setting.

This full-time role focuses on servant hospitality, teamwork with lodging operations, and adherence to BGTC protocols while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and direct them to registration.
• Assist with luggage to and from accommodations.
• Assist guests with schedule, activity and location questions and directions.
• Remove linens from rooms on departure day.
• Assist with emptying lobby waste receptacles, as needed.
• Assist with refreshing and restocking beverage counter, as needed.
