Job summary

The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGTA) invites applications for a Dining Room Team Lead, Full Time at The Cove (BGTC) in Asheville. This role oversees guest dining, manages meals and breaks outside the dining room, and ensures service quality aligns with our hospitality standards.

You will supervise dining room servers, manage setup and operation of dining areas, and oversee buffet lines and catering event service. Commitment to hospitality and BGTC protocols is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of culinary presentation and service standards.
• Familiar with North Carolina health and safety codes.
• Ability to communicate with staff at all levels.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, service and supervise banquet service and functions outside normal dining service.
• Supervise dining room servers, set up and operation of dining room.
• Supervise buffet line staff, set up and operation of buffet line and break stations.
• Oversee cleanliness of dining room and hostess room.
• Assist in setup and service of catering events outside dining room.
• Ensure proper uniform standards are met by all dining room staff.
• Ensure readiness of dining room before service begins.
• Observe NC Health Regulations to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
