Job summary

SpringHill Suites Logan is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily hotel operations in Logan, Utah. You will coordinate accounting and front office activities, supervise staff, and ensure guest service standards align with corporate policies.

Responsibilities include interfacing with the General Manager, supervising the Front Office Manager, and ensuring accurate accounting functions in collaboration with corporate guidelines. This is a full-time hotel leadership role with DOE pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating front office operations and accounting management.
• Ability to direct and supervise front office staff with adherence to policies.
• Proficient with property management systems (PMS) and front desk procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, administer, direct and manage all property activities including accounting and front office management.
• Interface with General Manager to ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
• Direct and supervise Front Office Manager to maintain guest service standards and accuracy in front office operations.
